  • What is Access2day Health?
    A high quality employer sponsored medical clinic (on-site or near-site) staffed by physicians and physician extenders who are licensed clinicians that provide quality patient care for primary, preventive and wellness care services.
  • Who are the Access2day Health clinicians?
    Physicians and physician extenders (licensed Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants). All physician extenders are supported by collaborative physicians who provide oversight and are on-site in the clinics.
  • Does it matter where my insurance coverage is?
    Access2day Health Clinics are an enhancement to your insurance. Just present your employer health insurance card you presently have. You must be covered under your employer’s health insurance plan.
  • Who can be treated at Access2day Health?
    Your employer provides you with an Access2day Health membership. To utilize an Access2day Health clinic, you and your family members must be on your employer’s health insurance plan.
  • Which conditions are treated at Access2day Health?
    Access2day Health’s clinicians provide primary, preventative and wellness care. They perform a clinical assessment and provide quality patient care. If a prescription is required after your assessment, the provider can write a script for your diagnosis.
  • What preventive services are provided?
    Access2day Health’s clinicians provide a broad range of preventive services, including blood screening tests, immunizations, and basic physical exams.
  • When is Access2day Health open?
    Hours will vary and is dependent on the clinic location. Use our location site on this website for state, locations and hours of service.
  • Which tests or screenings are available at Access2day Health?
    The clinic also offers basic lab and x-ray services. You can receive most common blood tests. Our tests include, but are not limited to, screenings for cholesterol, blood sugar, liver and kidney function, thyroid function, prostatic specific antigen (PSA).
  • Do I need an appointment?
    You do NOT need an appointment; Access2day Health patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. However, scheduled appointments can be made if you desire.
  • Can Access2day Health clinicians give prescriptions for routine or minor conditions?
    Yes, the providers can prescribe medications for your condition after they perform an assessment if they feel it is necessary.
  • How much will I have to pay for services at Access2day Health?
    You will have “no out of pocket expense” for services provided at Access2day Health. The clinic provides quality healthcare for minor and common conditions, plus primary, preventive and wellness services. Access2day Health is an employee benefit provided by your employer.
  • Who sponsors Access2day Health?
    Your Employer through a partnership with Access2day Health, Inc.
  • What is the role of Access2day Health’s physician coverage?
    Access2day Health clinicians are physicians, nurse practitioners (NP) and physician assistants (PA). This medical supervision ensures that you receive high–quality, professional care.
  • Can I use any Access2day Health Clinic or just the one near my Employer?
    Access2day Health is a reciprocal membership. You will have access to all Access2day Health Clinic locations.
  • Can I bring in a lab and/or x-ray order from an outside physician?
    No. The Provider in the Access2day Health clinic will order labs and x-rays based on their independent assessment of the patient’s needs. Access2day Health is not an independent or reference lab.
  • What is a Chronic Disease and is it covered?
    You can use Access2day Health for primary care and urgent care services including preventative and wellness care, even if you are being treated for a chronic disease by another physician.
  • Can I fill my prescriptions at Access2day Health?
    No. Access2day Health is not a pharmacy and does not fill or dispense prescriptions. Some of our clinic locations provide “provider owned” on-site pharmacies for your convenience. After your Access2day Health assessment, the provider can write prescriptions, if required for your diagnosis that can be filled at your pharmacy.
  • Can I get my prescriptions that were given by another physician reordered in Access2day Health without being evaluated?
    The Provider in the Access2day Health clinics will order medications based on their independent assessment of the patient’s needs at the time of your visit.
  • Which clinic do I go to?
    You have access to All Access2day Health Clinics, not just the location closest to your office or home. Whether you’re on vacation, traveling for work, or away at college, you have access to free, quality care at any Access2day Health location.
  • Can my family go to an Access2day Health Clinic?
    Yes, as long as they are dependents covered under your employer-sponsored health plan. And remember, you and your dependents have access to all locations. Whether you’re on vacation, traveling for work, or away at college, you and your family have access to free, quality care at any Access2day Health location.
